Planning for the Christmas Season
As a catechist we try to follow the liturgical year we are presently celebrating. It is tempting to jump to the Christmas season during Advent because everyone around us is decorating and celebrating for Christmas. In our Faith Formation sessions, however, we teach that there is a distinction between the two seasons with different themes. Christmas is a long season lasting until the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord. The links below take us from the end of Advent into the Christmas season.
